We’re half way through 2014. Can you believe that?

So now’s a great time to take some notes on what’s going well within your company and what  you’d like to improve upon in the latter half of the year.

Your customer experience is an ever changing, always demanding part of your strategic plan you should be striving to improve.

One way you can improve customer experience is to stop blaming your customers—in meetings, strategy sessions, usability testings, etc. They’re often pinned as unknowledgeable within your field, and while we hope you are more experienced in the printing industry, that doesn’t mean you can blame them. The customer shouldn’t be viewed as the problem.
