10 Ways to Tame Your Printing Company’s Unruly Customers

When you have a business, you’re going to have customers—well, if you’re doing business right. With those customers, your printing company will hopefully see plenty of happy customers, but you’re guaranteed to have some unhappy customers for whatever reason. When this is the case, you have to handle the customer with extreme care, especially if it’s through social media.

There have been businesses in the past who have handled customer complaints poorly, such as deleting their Facebook posts on their business page or answering a tweet inappropriately. Handle these unhappy customers as a human being would and offer an apology—if it’s sincere. But whatever the case is, always make an effort to make it right with the customer. If the situation goes unresolved, it could spread to other customers.
